TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST
General Summary of Responsibilities:Provide technical and end-user application support for Cascade systems. Provide end-users with JDEdwards (ERP system) application support; as JDE security administrator, control security for individual users and for groups of users. Support the reporting needs of internal clients.
Job Duties:- End-User Technical Support – Manage, administer users’ accounts, computers, and related equipment. Support desktop hardware and software as well as telecommunications services. Train users on software and equipment usage. Repair hardware as necessary and work closely with service vendors to ensure continuity of service. Be on-call for assigned periods.
- End-User Applications Support – Provide end-user application support for Cascade systems that include the following: mPulse, Ceridian Time System, Repairs System, AutoFreight Billing System, REX, e-Commerce, JDEdwards (ERP system), electronic data interchange (EDI), Data Systems International (bar coding and data collection).
- Reporting - Deliver various solutions for the reporting needs of internal clients; develop and optimize reports using SQL Server and Reporting Services; as appropriate, work in an Agile software development environment to design, develop, and unit test stakeholder-requested reports and deliver on long-term strategic initiatives. Develop triggers to mechanize program performance monitoring.
- JDEdwards OneWorld Security Administrator – Control security for individual users and for groups of users. Maintain Solution Explorer menus; use Security Workbench and User Security applications to set up and maintain user security. Ensure users have permission to perform only those actions that are essential to their jobs.
- Server and Network Support – Work with IT Operations personnel on the maintenance of server and local area network hardware, which includes servers, routers, bridges, switches, modems, and cabling. Manage Windows Server Update Services (WSUS).
- Cell Phone Support – Coordinate acquisition of cell phones for all Cascade Designs, Inc. personnel; process monthly cell phone bills.
Education, Skills and Abilities:- Bachelor’s degree with an IT focus.
- Minimum of three years related experience.
- And/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One to two years of experience providing technical support for enterprise systems.
- Varied background that includes network, communications systems, data center operational support, desktop computing, and help desk management.
- Technical support experience with Microsoft database, network, and desktop operating systems: SQL database, SQL Server, MS Exchange, and Windows operating system and Office applications.

VARILITE CLINICAL EDUCATIONAL SPECIALIST
General Summary of Responsibilities:VARILITE clinical specialist responsible for educating therapists, dealers and reps on the benefits of VARILITE products in support of sales and marketing efforts.
Job Duties:- At the direction of Sales, develop and execute VARILITE Seating and Positioning in-services with therapists and dealers.
- Support reps in education and product promotion.
- Assist VARILITE customer service and dealer service staff by providing training and clinical support.
- Assist VARILITE’s New Product Development staff by providing training and clinical support.
- Represents VARILITE at North America and International trade shows.
Education, Skills and Abilities:- 4-year degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, Kinesiotherapy, or Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- ATP/ATS certification is preferred.
- Seating and positioning experience in a clinical environment a plus.
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience in seating and positioning.
- Comprehensive understanding of wheeled mobility, seating and positioning.
- Working knowledge of pressure mapping systems preferred.
- Sales and Marketing experience a plus.

CNC MACHINE OPERATOR II- 3RD SHIFT
General Summary of Responsibilities:Set-up and operate various CNC (Swiss-Turn) lathes, mills, and custom made machinery fabricating a variety of parts to very close tolerances. Check and record work using a variety of precision measuring tools and inspection documents.
Job Duties:- Demonstrated ability to set up and operate CNC machines working with very close tolerances.
- Understand and perform minor edits to CNC programs.
- Ensure high quality standards by fabricating a variety of parts following drawings and work instructions.
- Check work using a variety of precision measuring tools to provide department with high quality components.
- Accurately update material and parts inventory data in JDE software.
- Maintain a safe work area by making sure that processes are setup safely per OSHA guidelines.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Education, Skills and Abilities:- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Two year degree in Machine Technology or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 2 years experience in CNC machine operation or equivalent.
- Experience in set up and operation of Swiss-turning machines preferred.
