What We're Doing

Filled with Importance: The Responsible Down Standard
Some decisions come down to more than performance or cost. As an outdoor industry brand, we are invested in the sustained health of our environment. In this blog post, we'll take a closer look at the Responsible Down Standard, the certification to which we voluntarily submit all the down we use, as we continue to work to responsibly source our products.

Greener Shade of USA Built
Keeping our manufacturing in the United States ensures we keep responsibly building the quality camping goods that help you rest better. Over the years, few other brands have adopted this same philosophy of choosing to keep their manufacturing in market instead of sending their production overseas like many of our competitors.

Global Recycle Standard: Understanding Textiles
At the beginning of 2022, we updated several of our sleeping bags to be made of 100% recycled ripstop nylon. The recycled textiles we use are Global Recycle Standard (GRS) certified. Of all the ways that we seek to be more sustainable with our business, successfully sourcing recycled ripstop nylon that meets our standards of quality and performance for our sleeping bag line is an important one.
