What’s Covered Under Our Warranty?

SealLine takes pride in offering the highest-quality camp products and we stand behind every piece of gear that we make. We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all products. Warranty coverage is extended only to original purchasers and purchases from authorized dealers.  

Should your SealLine product be found defective under this warranty, Cascade Designs, at its discretion, will repair or replace it. We operate on a repair-first model.

What’s Not Covered Under Our Warranty?

Normal wear, puncture, abrasion, misuse, alteration and abuse are not covered. If your SealLine product has repairable damage or wear not covered by your warranty, SealLine may be able to complete the repair for a reasonable fee. It is important to remember that the manufacturer’s warranty is intended for manufacturer’s defect—not normal wear and tear that comes with use of the product.  

Cascade Designs will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states or territories do not allow this exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply. 

How Do I Start the Warranty Process?

It’s important to us that we keep gear out of the landfill and living its best life with you! We've got an incredible team that will always try and repair your gear first. 

With many items we can send you a replacement part and guide you through performing the repair at home, but in some cases, you'll have to send your gear in to us. When contacting us, please attach your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. Photos are extremely useful because it helps us identify what type of SealLine product you have. 

Fix It Yourself

Our Repair Shop may be able to supply you with any spare parts needed to complete the repair for a small fee. We also have a very comprehensive Gear FAQ broken out by product category to answer the most frequently asked questions.

How Can I Get My SealLine Product Repaired? How Much Will It Cost?

If your product’s damage isn’t covered under warranty, we may still be able to repair it for a small fee. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us – we will be happy to guide you through the next steps.

Warranty Exclusions & Limitations

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. SEALLINE’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO INCIDENTAL DAMAGES NOT TO EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. SEALLINE DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY REASON WHATSOEVER. THIS EXCLUSION AND LIMITATION APPLIES TO ALL LEGAL THEORIES UNDER WHICH DAMAGES MAY BE SOUGHT, AND WILL APPLY EVEN IF ANY REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. EXCLUDING THE LIMITED WARRANTY PROVIDED ABOVE, SEALLINE AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED; ANDNO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND ANY MANUFACTURER SUPPLIED DESCRIPTION ACCOMPANYING THE PRODUCT. THE REMEDIES ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AGAINST SEALLINE AND ITS AFFILIATES, REGARDLESS OF LEGAL THEORY. SHOULD A COURT FIND THIS LIMITED WARRANTY BREACHED, SEALLINE’S ONLY OBLIGATION WILL BE, AT ITS OPTION, TO EITHER REPAIR ORREPLACE PRODUCT. SHOULD A COURT FIND THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE, SEALLINE WILL REFUND TO YOU THE PRODUCT’S ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE.
