"Great product, works as advertised"
"I used the stove/sysstem for the first time on a recent camping touring trip. The stove is stable, easy to set up, light, adjust the flame, pack and clean. No liquid fuel to deal with, although I'll still use my Whisper Light International for certain outings."
"Burner nozzle clogged immediately on an expedition. The stove did not come with a repair set, and we wre nable to de-clog the nozzle while soaking it in terpentine and with a needle. Other stove supply one or two spare nozzles, a repair set AND instructions . . . MSR decided not to supply any of those. Not expedition grade."
"I just used it on an elk hunt in southeast Idaho and it worked out great for me and another hunter to share. I love it!"
"Worked well all weekend"
"Love this Windburner Duo Stove. Worked great until this weekend when I have three full MSR canisters and none of them can flow fuel thru the stove. Was with my scouts and at 8 degrees it would have been nice to have hot chocolate and coffee, but didn't happen. Reading some reviews it they state something tripped and can't be reset which renders the stove useless. I have had this for over five years and never had an issue. This is so dissappointing and hopefully fixable."
"Works great"
"This is the first and only stove I've ever owned. It boils water lightning fast and is very stable on the ground. Many people complain about the amount of space it takes up in their pack, or the weight. I don't care about those things in this case. This stove is thoughtfully designed and works wonderfully."
"Used on Aconcagua with 3 nights at 20k for a great Summit. Efficient and effective for boiling water from glacial run off. With only snow available above 20k, would have preferred an XGK. Went through gas very quickly at those temps and at altitude. Preformed very well for 3 overall. Would take again. Packs up great, but ensure you pad stove and canister tightly in pot before transport on mules or airplane, titanium pot is naturally soft and will bend and scratch easily. Low profile was great in the winds with confined space use."
"This stove system does a terrific job. It’s very well made boils super fast in all conditions and doesn’t use much fuel in the process. Ya it’s a little on the heavy side so if you’re wanting to go ultra light you’ll probably consider something else."
