"Love, my only complaint was that tracking said it was “out for delivery”…for three days."
"A perfect addition! Works fantastic (I sleep warm so I've used this in 40 degree temps and it worked very well), kept me toasty. I have added a liner for nights that may get a little cooler. It's light and packs down well. Works great on warm summer trips too."
"This quilt has held up well over the Appalachian trail and PCT! It is the perfect summer quilt, but has also kept me warm on a cold night. It packs down to nearly nothing and it sooo light"
"it's lightweight, but one of the baffles got basically zero down at the factory. The baffle is stitched through on all four sides so it can't be that the down migrated to the sides. It just wasn't put in in the beginning. good materials. poor workmanship."
"Great! Light weight . Perfect for Camino de Santiago !"
"Easy to vent if weather gets too hot or a great add to a 0* sleeping bag to get more warmth!"
"I love the overall idea of the quilt, it is very comfortable to sleep in. However, the down moves to the side of the quilt every night. So I ended up being covered by only a thin layer of fabric. Really dissapointing!"
"Let me explain, the quilt is amazing BUT it does have some concerning draw backs. a) The loft in this quilt is no where near the loft shown in the picture; it is half of that. I let this quilt hang for two weeks before re-packing it and taking it on my first trip. b) I’d suggest you’ll never get close to the temperature rating on this bag. I was out in 15C overnight temps and got chilled wearing fleece pants, merino wool socks and a good quality top as a sleep layer. My pad is the Therm-a-rest NeoAir Xtherm so I know my pad was not the issue. c) For the cost of this bag, I did expect better but I am also relying on the fact that this bag has a lifetime warranty on it but I’d struggle to suggest it’s 900FP to be really honest. I have an Enlightened Equipment 10F quilt with 850FP and it just feels like a much superior bag despite me paying as much for my Vesper 45. d) For the record, I am a huge fan of Therm-a-rest, MSR, Platy, SealLine, PackTowel products as I literally own several from each company. Perhaps my expectations were set to high considering the cost of this quilt, but as a gear head and avid user of the backcountry, it just was not Therm-a-rest’s standard quality that I am used too. Perhaps cottage companies have begun to push my expectations higher? Just my $0.02 if it helps in a decision."
"The very first night I slept in it, it got down to the temp limit and I was fine. My feet got cold around 5:45 AM and it was time to get up then anyway. FWIW - I slept only in a pair of shorts that night. I could have gotten up and added a puffy and some socks and probably slept until well after sunrise."
"the only time I'm cold with this is user error. I either try to use it when its way too cold for what its rated for (and I'm still surprisingly still warm-is) or I don't use the straps to help reign it in around my sleeping pad. I love it and its exactly what I was looking for, a super small summer bag and super packable winter cabin trip bag!"
