"This thing is great at first. . . lightweight, comfortable, packable. However, It cannot stand up to repeated use. I use it for ~2 weeks at a time as a wildland firefighter and it continues to fail on me. Thermarest has been great with warranty replacements but I'm done. Every single one continues to fail after 20-30 days of use."

"Stopped holding air within the first few weeks of using this pillow. I am not hard on my camping gear and I attempted to find and repair the leak several times but because it is near the mouthpiece to inflate the pillow I was unsuccessful. It seems like a poor design to have a hard plastic piece in an item that is inflatable. Definitely do not recommend this product."

"Hello . I’m a bike packer from Panamá 🇵🇦. I’m a great admirer of your brand. I bougth a thermarest neo air 5 month ago and is great. Now i bought ( by amazon ) a pillow air head lite pillow , large , and it was a hole in the seam sealing. Well i know this thing can happened. I’m no disappointed ( just a little sad because i want to use it sooner , but any way ). I will send you picture and just tell me how to proceed."
"Just received the pillow I ordered and the first thing I did was throw it on the scale to check the weight. Advertised weight for the large pillow is 2.8 oz. It's weighing in at 3.4 oz. and I realize this is really nothing in the grand scheme of things but, where is the quality control? Really disappointed and I haven't even tried it yet. If all their gear is off this much (roughly 20%)......not good. I definitely expect better for the price I'm paying. By the way, without the stuff sack, it still weighs in at 3.1 oz. I've weighed the item on a postage scale and my reloading scale, so I'm fairly confident in the weights."

"Helps you rest at night. Extremely light weight. I always used an extra jacket for a pillow but an inflatable pillow that is this lightweight is great to have in any situation. Would recommend to friends / anyone interested in a good rest"
