"I rarely write reviews, but I was extremely impressed with Therm-a-Rest’s customer service. I had a brand-new XTherm NXT develop an issue after my first use, and after sending a few photos and answering a couple of questions, the warranty process was approved immediately. A replacement pad was shipped to me in less than a week, and every interaction was professional, helpful, and straightforward. As someone who spends a lot of time hiking and mountaineering, I have a lot of confidence in companies that stand behind their products, and Therm-a-Rest absolutely did that. Great company and outstanding customer support."
